The Kensington Town Hall, an important civic space for the local community that is also a heritage listed building, needed protection from bird droppings which was damaging the facade over time.

VEXO spikes are barely noticable from the ground level and blends well into building without dimishing its aesthetic value.

VEXO SS61 spikes were used to protect the sloping cornices and balustrades.

VEXO SS41 spikes were used on lower balustrades.

VEXO SS21 spikes were used on window arches.
